Middlesex County Historical Society, a non-profit, tax-exempt organization,
is governed by a 15-member board of directors responsible for setting
the organization’s policies and priorities and overseeing
its fiscal management. Board members serve two-year terms, and elections
are held biannually at the Historical Society’s April membership
meeting. All members in good standing are eligible to serve.
Board meetings are held at least six times a year, typically the
fourth Thursday of the month. Members are welcome to attend.
